BACKGROUND

The ISM Manual was built in response to the lack of access and representation in the fashion industry.

Rooted in community and real industry connection, it grew out of over five years of work through Changers Fashion, where we’ve collaborated with industry partners and supported emerging creatives.

Leading to the creation of THE -ism* Manual, rooted in “I see myself”, working to embody it and serve as a manual for fair representation.

We operate as a creative agency and talent platform, representing and developing creatives across fashion, campaigns, and editorial. Through talent management, creative direction, and PR-led activations,
